Episode 1- A Lesson On Letting Go.

For a long time, September felt like New Year’s to me and for those of you with kids, it still might.
 
Now it feels more like crunch time, reassessment time, go time. Am I on track to accomplish the goals I set in January? If not, how can I pivot? Now!
 
For me, the Fall changes—although more symbolic than climatic in Los Angeles—also mean that it's time to surrender and let go.
 
Is what I’ve set out to do still in alignment with who I am becoming? Because achieving, and being at your next level in business and life requires a whole lot of unleashing. It’s giving up what you’ve been doing, who and what you've been giving meaning to, shedding how you’ve been showing up and giving yourself freedom to focus your priorities differently, in order to receive.
 
Often clients wonder why an intention that they’ve set for themselves hasn’t shown up and the answer is really simple: they haven’t made space for it.
 
In her book, the life-changing magic of tidying up, Marie Kondo says, “When a room becomes cluttered, the cause is more than just physical. Visible mess helps distract us from the true source of the disorder.” Clearing the space not only physically but also, mentally creates room to receive.
